We currently only ship within Australia. We hope to expand our reach to other countries in the future.

Local orders take approximately 5-7 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 1-2 business days of your order date.

(Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors)

Unfortunately we cannot combine orders. Once they have been placed no changes can be made.

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. 

If we sent out the wrong or damaged products, we are happy to offer free returns and send you a shipping label which you can use to return. However, for any change of heart, buyers will need to bear the cost of return shipping. All orders will need to be returned within 14 days of purchasing the item.

Once we have received your return parcel, we will inspect the item and then process your refund as soon as possible. 

It may take 3 - 5 working days until your refund clears into your account.
